WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS!
If you are willing to help in any capacity, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Help us give your child a more rewarding soccer experience! No experience necessary; we will train you. All you need is a love of children and a desire to help them learn and have fun! Please take this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our community's children - they'll love you for it.
Please volunteer to be a Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent or any of a variety of Coordinator positions detailed below. To volunteer, please check the appropriate box on your child's registration form and/or contact us either using the CONTACT page or by emailing us at email@example.com.
Being a Team Parent allows you to contribute time to your own child's team. The Coach coordinates the team on the field, but some coaches prefer to have a team parent help coordinate and manage the team’s schedule off of the field. Some teams will have a team parent, some will not.
We are in need of all kinds of volunteers, specifically in fundraising, sponsorship, concessions, league coordination, field management, field maintenance, team support, and clerical/newsletter workers.
If interested, please check the appropriate box on your child's registration form and/or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is required by WVSA that all volunteers complete a risk management application. It is very easy to do, and it takes less than five minutes to complete. If you plan on volunteering with Seneca Soccer in any capacity, please complete the Risk Management form. IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to choose "Seneca Soccer” for rec and “Seneca Soccer Travel” for travel under the Club option! It is also required that all coaches take this online training on concussions before the season starts.
When you have completed the concussion training, please email the appropriate registrar a copy of your completion certificate:

Travel Team Manager
The Travel Team Manager does all of the off-field coordination. With guidance from the coach or travel committee, the manager schedules games and tournaments, sends weekly reminders of the schedule to the team, collects fees, and does anything else to help organize the team for the season.
